This is a funny story, well kind of-maybe not. More like a story about being in the right place at the right time. So here goes...

When I became engaged in late 2009 and subsequently obsessed with all things wedding, I started planning down to the tinyest of details. From the tables to the dessert bar, no part of my wedding was left without a huge helping of craftiness. Along the way I met lots of vendors and made lots of new detail-oriented friends like myself. When I brought in samples of my wedding linens to my caterer, she immediately squealed with excitement. (Ok, I thought whats all the fus about) She said-"These are good,can I buy them from you?" Wow! I had never thought about selling anything I made. After all I had a great job as a registered nurse and was busy spending hours in piles of burlap, lace and kraft paper for the biggest project of my life! Finally, when I married in 2011 having "my perfect wedding" drenched in handmade goodness and after some encouagement, I finally decided to give it a try and open up an Etsy shop.

Today, I enjoy helping other brides plan the unique, one of a kind touches for their perfect day. But not just brides-no way! From baby showers to birthday parties, I've got you covered!
